I LOVE this dress. A recent find in Helen & Douglas house in Didcot for £3.50, it’s a gorgeous cotton three quarter length dress in a fabulous turquoise print. The best thing about the dress is the back – it has an open back with two sections that tie up in a  bow. Its so cute! I wore this today on a trip to Chatsworth Road market with my housemates, and teamed it with some very 50s style heart shaped sunglasses. Bring on the summer!

I love a good patchwork leather bag, and this is one of my favourites. Bought as a gift from my mum from a Didcot charity shop, it’s a gorgeous draw-string bag with loads of room. Here I have added another of my various charity shop bought scarfs.

Red 80s

I love this cute little red dress with its long sleeves and black shoulder pads. I bought it from Scope on Mare Street in Hackney for about £5. Its been cut at the bottom by the previous owner, and not very well, but for a fiver I dont think it matters too much! Its a little baggy so I might take it in, but other than that I think its a great little 80s inspired number. I’ve accessorised it here with a simple brown waist belt.

Longer lengths

Two of my favourite charity shop buys are these lovely ankle length skirts.

The first is a gorgeous blue number with a large split up the front which cost me £4.50 from Scope on Mare Street, Hackney. It’s a size 6 so I have to wear it quite high – and even then its a tight squeeze! Its worth it though, and adds some colour to any day or evening outfit.

The second is a black chiffon skirt from the Scouts charity shop on Well Street, Hackney and cost £9. Its nice and classic and would look fab with some heels and perhaps even a little crop-top for the summer.
